Where does your bread come from?
Our bread is locally sourced from Martin's bread. It is exceptionally made and known for its freshness and deliciousness.
Where is your meat from?
We use Boar's Head premium deli meats and cheeses for our subs. Our farm-raised beef is sourced directly from our own Dotterer Dairy farm.
Where are these local products made?
All of the products featured in our Local Products section are made right here in Central Pennsylvania! We carefully select products from local artisans and makers within our region.
Can we order ahead?
Absolutely! We encourage you to call ahead to place your sub order, especially during peak times. For catering, we request that you order a minimum of 72 hours in advance. This will help ensure a quick and efficient pickup experience.
Do you offer any catering services?
Yes, we do! We offer catering for a variety of events, from corporate luncheons to family gatherings. Check out our Catering page for more information.
Can we order large quantities of your products?
For large orders of subs, please contact us in advance so we can ensure we have enough ingredients on hand to fulfill your request. For large orders of local products, please inquire about availability.
What does your farm-raised beef cost?
Our farm-raised beef is priced at $2.85 per pound based on the hanging weight. We can provide you with an estimated total cost depending on the size and cuts you select.
How do I order your farm-raised beef?
You can order our farm-raised beef by visiting our Beef Sales page. We offer quarter, half, and whole beef options, and you can customize your cuts.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
Do you have any gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer gluten-free bread for our subs. Please inquire about other gluten-free options for our local products.
